- Quote requests: name, phone, email (optional), vehicle year, make, model, doors, body type, the glass that is damaged, comments and, if you choose to attach them, photos of the damage.
- Construction equipment requests: name, last name, phone, email and a description of the machine.
- Contact messages: name, phone, email and your message.
- Technical data: your IP address is used temporarily to prevent spam and abuse of the forms. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
2. How we use it
Only to answer your request: prepare your quote, contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp, and schedule and carry out the service. We do not sell or rent your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Where it is stored
Requests are stored in our own database on our own server. If email notifications are enabled, a copy of the request is sent to our business mailbox. Photos you attach are kept in a private folder that is not publicly accessible.
4. How long we keep it
We keep requests while they are useful to provide and follow up the service and for our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete them. You may ask us to delete them at any time.
5. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by writing to info@jmvautoglass.com.
6. Links to other sites
Our website links to WhatsApp, Google, Facebook and Instagram. Those links do not load content from those services on our site; if you follow them, their own privacy policies apply.
7. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
